We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as method of payment. If you wish, you can also pay by check. However, if this method is chosen you must include a valid phone number and there will be a required two week period before your order will be processed.

All of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier to you. Therefore we have no control over shipping times or the length of time before shipment occurs. Each manufacturer/supplier has their own policies that are briefly outlined below.
PRODERMA PRODUCTS:
Proderma skin care and sun protection products are shipped in 5-7 days by UPS Ground Service or by UPS Next Day Air to the United States and it's territories. No international orders at this time.
You must be 100% satisfied or return the products for a full refund (minus shipping costs - no exceptions).
If a Proderma product is damaged in shipping, please call 1-800-447-3035. Please save the products and invoice that was in the box. Place both in the original box that it was shipped in and the shipper will pick up the damaged items. A new shipment will be sent to you.

Swimwear Products are shipped from the supplier in 24-72 hours of receiving the order to the United States and it's territories only. No international orders at this time. If item(s) are not in stock or there is a delay for any reason you will be notifed by email.
Damaged items will be promptly replaced by the Supplier. A refund, if requested, will be granted within 14 days of date of sale provided there is a legitimate compliant and is subject to the Supplier's product warrenties and return policies. Shipping costs are not refundable!

Children's Hooded Towels are shipped directly from the manufacturer in 5-7 business days by US Postal Service to the continuous US 48 States - no international orders at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To return the Hooded Towels, simply fill out the exchange/return that is included with your purchase. Place the Hooded Towel in the original package and use the return address label that is provided with the order. Then please mail your package by US Postal Service Priority Mail or other carrier of your choice (insured). If the manufacturer shipped an incorrect item they will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Protect-a-Bub products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in 1-2 busineess days (if in stock) by the US Postal Service to the continuous US 48 states - no international orders at this time. Your items should arrive to you in approximately 5-7 business days. These delivery times are estimates as USPS may experience delays beyond our control. If not completely satisfied with the product you may return the unused, unopened item in it's original packaging within 30 days of the original order date for a refund ( minus a 20% restocking fee and minus the shipping costs - no exceptions). Please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address! If the item is defective, the manufacturer will gladly replace the unused item upon review - please contact us first and we will provide you with the details.
